Iran Telecom 2015 exhibitors to benefit from Iran nuclear deal“If you think Russia was big, Iran is going to be even bigger”
26-29 September 2015
Strong upward trend in EU-exports to Iran
More than 250 exhibitors and 30,000+ visitors expected
A preliminary deal between Iran and world powers, which will see international sanctions lifted in return for Iranian curbs on its nuclear program, has boosted the appetite for doing business in Iran at the earliest opportunity. Some reactions:
“If you think Russia was big, Iran is going to be even bigger because Iran has the financial framework and regulations. It's a generational opportunity and a chance to make a difference." Xanyar Kamangar, Iranian businessman and graduate of the London Business School
“Iran is the biggest untapped market before Mars and the Moon." Martin Sorrel of advertising giant WPP
EU-exports into Iran increased by 18% already in 2014, reaching a value of 6.4 billion euros. Experts estimate that this figure is to be doubled by 2020.
Now some even anticipate a "gold rush" once Iran's 77-million-strong, highly educated, consumption-savvy market opens up.
Excellent pre-conditions for the 16th edition of iran telecom, scheduled for 26-29 September 2015 at the Tehran International Fairgrounds.
Iran’s major telecom and IT event is organised by fairtrade from Germany and its Iranian partner Palar Samaneh.
The organisers expect more than 250 exhibitors and 30,000+ visitors.
